We make cloths to match the machine and the process. This involves using high quality suppliers who can make filters to machine specific requirements and not just badged from other "bigger suppliers". These may also be made in production runs as low as 1 as required. Our cloths for a Heinkel machine are made to a very tight tolerance. If a Heinkel filter is just 5mm too long on a 435mm cloth then it can get caught as the bowl insert closes and drastically reduces cloth life. We also can make drawstring cloths as well as O ring.

Absolute Control also has executed projects involving planned substantial improvements to Heinkel control systems. A recent project involved replacing the existing S5 PLC with S7. A backplate was made to fit in the existing panel with an S7 mounted at the top. Then the the old S5 removed. The new backplate fitted in its place with the S7 and a new terminal strip on which to locate all the original S5 cores. This minimised installation time and re-checking the hardware. On the software we converted the S5 -> S7 on a segment for segment basis. Thus minimising the need for re-validation as the code was identical.

Process optimisation is another area which is critical to successful operation of a Heinkel - both on new and existing products. We have provided this service to Heinkel users and delivered significant yield improvements.

Absolute Control also supplies filter cloths for all Heinkel centrifuges. These are of the highest standard and 2011 sees the introduction of 3 new types to our existing range. We will not compromise quality for price. We ensure you get your cloth as quickly as possible by holding stocks in our stores.

Cloth problems can be analysed and modifications to design of cloth and material made as necessary. We hold stocks of these cloths in our stores so that you can be assured of a rapid response to an order.
